F2.08/Promotion and Tenure System

In February 2024, Academic Affairs introduced the Watermark Faculty Success module. Faculty Success will be used to facilitate faculty review (F2.08) as well as Promotion and Tenure for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Beginning Summer 2024, our course evaluations are now administered through the Watermark platform.

Please note: 

Student course evaluations are intended to be anonymous. To help protect anonymity in very small classes (three or fewer enrolled students), evaluation results should not be released directly to the instructor. Instead, the department chair may receive the results and provide the faculty member with a brief summary of themes and feedback.

For 2- and 4-year reviews and tenure/promotion processes, these small-class evaluation materials may be stored in a restricted-access area in Watermark (accessible to authorized reviewers, but not to the faculty member).
