To promote student engagement and recognize the hard work of Â鶹AV’s student organizations, the Student Organization Services has implemented a comprehensive point system. This system rewards student organizations based on their activities, involvement, and contributions to the Â鶹AV community. Points are earned through events, volunteer hours, leadership roles, and more.
Student organizations can earn points through various activities, including but not limited to:
Complete the New Group Registration Form — 20 Points
Submit your group's registration and set yourself up for success!
Complete the Re-Registration Form (by the deadline) — 20 Points
Submit your group's registration form by the deadline and set yourself up for success!
Host an Event with a Turnout — 15 Points
Plan and host an event that gets at least 10 people to check in using LU Hub — make it a can’t-miss experience!
Host an Event with Buzz — 10 Points
Create an event and get at least 10 people to register through LU Hub — generate excitement in advance!
Showcase Your Event with a Photo or Flyer — 5 Points
Make your event pop by uploading a flyer or photo to your LU Hub event page.
Be Seen at Cardinal View — 10 Points
Represent your organization at Cardinal View with a setup to meet future Cards and promote your group.
Stand Out at Involvement Fairs — 15 Points
Showcase your group at involvement fairs with a table setup and connect with new members.
Show Your Cardinal Pride at Campus Events — 10 Points
Rally at least 5 members to represent your group and check in at designated campus events!
Join the Semester Flight Plan — 15 Points
Send a representative to the Semester Flight Plan Workshop and be in the know about programming and deadlines.
Level Up at a SOLD Workshop — 5 Points
Have a representative attend a SOLD Workshop and bring back key leadership tips and resources.
Relax and Network at a Leadership Lounge — 10 Points
Send a representative to the Leadership Lounge social to connect with other leaders and recharge.
Send a Group Email — 2 Points
Engage your members or audience by sending an email to at least 10 recipients through LU Hub.
