Left Menu Page
A page that includes left navigation provides a content area that spans 900px. This page type will also include a top horizontal navigation and the layout is driven by content using rows and columns. The left navigation will pick up pages that reside in a folder unless the editor marks otherwise.

- Left Vertical Navigation (display pages inside a folder)
- Main Content Row (columns arranged as desired)
- Additional Row #1 (columns arranged as desired)
- Additional Row #2 (columns arranged as desired)
- Editors may add additional rows as needed
- Standard LU Footer
